OOTD: Christmas Subscription Style!

This holiday season, I took advantage of a Black Friday deal to get off the waitlist at Fashionpass and try out their clothing subscription service. I've been on a mission to try out every clothing rental service (Another great way to dress more sustainably) this year and finally I had access to this elusive service! I was particularly excited to try Fashionpass, as their service includes casual everyday items, and high end gowns. Hello Holiday Party season, I'm ready for you!

I LOVED this look for my office's Christmas Party! It was a combination of a 1940s Ms. America and Mary (of Jesus Fame).

I'm wearing:

Crown - Handmade with a headband, some zip ties and gold spray paint!

Pearls - Snagged at a clothing swap!

Dress - Dress the Population via Fashionpass

Did I overdress for a work party?...Maybe a little, but better to be overdressed than underdressed!

I loved this as my active, festive Christmas look - holiday fresh but able to run around, shop, wrap presents and be as active and mobile as I need!

I'm wearing:

Hat - Hand me up Santa hat that I've had FOREVER.

Shirt - Liz Claiborne from the Sunnyside Thrift Shop

Pants - Flynn Skye via Fashionpass

Boots - Unlabeled via Buffalo Exchange

I also snagged this amazing Minkpink jacket in my latest Fashionpass bag, just adds even more patterns to this holiday look!

Jacket - Minkpink via Fashionpass

Bag - Susan Alexandra via Poshmark

To be honest, I'm not really doing too much for Christmas/Hanukkah this year, I've had an extremely bust last few months and am mostly using this time to just catch up on life. I AM going to visit family and leaving the city for New Years Eve, and could not be more excited!

Last year was all about hand sewing reusable fabric gift wrap, researching sustainable gifts to give... this year is just about doing the best I can. That's the most anyone can hope for (holiday season or otherwise!)!

Happy Holidays!

<3 Lindsay
